We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.  However, our New Patient appointments can go anywhere from 1-3 hours; so when the appointment is not cancelled in advance, the medical provider is left without patients for a long period of time during their day when they could be treating others who are also in need of care.  

We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Last minute cancellations can cause problems and added expenses for the office due to the large block of time needed for your appointment.  

If a patient is more than 20 minutes past their scheduled time, we will have to reschedule the appointment in order for our office to keep other patients and our medical providers on time.
